Our proposal outlines the rationale behind our initiative to promote football in the community and provides avenues for individuals to get involved in this impactful endeavour. Welcome to Behind The White Lines Community Interest Company (BTWL CIC), where our mission is to extend the transformative power of football beyond the pitch and into underserved communities.
COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT
Driven by the same principles and values as our academy, BTWL CIC is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through a holistic approach to personal development. We believe that every individual deserves access to opportunities for growth, regardless of their background or circumstances.

HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
Our signature programs revolve around regular camps designed to blend physical and mental wellbeing, life skills workshops and academic and vocational mentoring. These camps serve as a platform for participants to not only enhance their football skills but also to cultivate essential life skills and explore educational and career pathways.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
At our core is a deep commitment to collaboration. We believe in the strength of community partnerships, and our initiatives integrate local businesses, colleges, schools, charities, sports clubs, and youth groups. By working together, we create a supportive ecosystem that nurtures the potential of every participant.
